This program provides the skills needed to succeed in CRE by equipping team members with the ability to underwrite, analyze assets, and determine when to buy, sell, or refinance.

Hope Haven

Hope Haven is a homeless shelter in Charlotte, NC focused on providing wrap around services to those struggling with substance abuse disorder. In 2021, we provided a 150k donation to aid Hope Haven in its mission.

Digi-Bridge

Digi-Bridge is a Charlotte nonprofit focused on providing STEM activities and resources to children in low-income schools across the city. Thirty Capital employees have volunteered their time to assist Digi-Bridge in executing its programming.

Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina

Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina supplies food and essential groceries to hungry people across 24 counties in North Carolina. Thirty Capital donates annually to Second Harvest through office canned food drives.

Network of Community Ministries

Network of Community Ministries is a community-based organization serving over 26,000 individuals through basic needs assistance, food pantries, and stabilization programs. Thirty Capital donates annually to Network through office canned food drives.

The UNCC School of Data Science

The UNCC School of Data Science is committed to preparing the next generation of data and technology leaders. Thirty Capital provides UNCC scholarship and internship opportunities to support students in their educational journeys.

Rent Ready introduces a modern solution to an age-old apartment industry problem.

After a deep dive in the industry, Rent Ready discovered that the make ready process was disjointed, frustrating, and time-consuming. Onsite staff members were scheduling six different services with six different vendors – creating scheduling nightmares along with unexpected challenges and headaches. As a full-service partner for onsite apartment staff, Rent Ready handles the frustration between the move-out and move-in, as a single-source for all turn services: paint, clean, carpet, wall repair, punch, and counter/tub resurfacing.
